This article examines the right to education in Russia, highlighting its legal nature and guarantee mechanisms.
The article examines the right to education as a constitutionally enshrined social right with a complex legal nature that reflects the unity of private and public interests. It analyses the content of this right, the limits of permissible regulatory intervention, and the key guarantee mechanisms, including normative, financial, organizational, procedural, and judicial means of enforcement. Particular attention is paid to legal certainty and the enforceability of legal norms, as well as to the relationship between educational guarantees, legality, public order, and the formation of legal consciousness. The article concludes that a systemic improvement of education law is necessary to strengthen social stability and support the development of the Russian Federation.
