Outcome

Echocardiographic response to CRT, defined by a ≥15% reduction in left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV) at 6 months follow-upsurrogate

Resolution of fragmented QRS on a 12-lead ECG at 6 months is strongly associated with echocardiographic response to cardiac resynchronization therapy.
